What kind of certificate will I receive?
Our instructors are certified through both the American Red Cross and American Heart Association. Upon registration for a course, one of the questions within the questionnaire that is e-mailed to you, will ask about your preferred certificate upon completion of the course, if available through both organizations. Certificates through both organizations are valid for two years from the date of completion.
How soon will I receive my certificate?
We truly strive to issue certificates on the same day of course completion. This is most achievable when courses are taken during the week and earlier in the day (usually before noon). However, all certificates are issued electronically within 24 hours of course completion via the e-mail used upon course registration.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to take a course once I've registered and paid for it?
No, we do not issue refunds. However, once you pay for a course. You can take it within one year from the date of purchase.
